Can I cancel or modify my cleaning?

We try to process cleanings as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What are your cleaning rates?

The best way to determine the cost of your W.I.H. Cleans cleaning is through a free in-location consultation. If that is not possible, you can also call your local office and provide them with a description of your home and areas requiring cleaning. Though the estimate won't be as accurate as an in-home consultation, it should give you an approximate idea of the costs, which we can confirm upon our arrival. Every home is different, and we must take into account variables like clutter, pets, and lifestyle, which can all impact your price
+ Do you have cleaning packages?

Yes. W.I.H. Clean offers cleaning packages, but every service is custom tailored to your space, schedule, and cleaning needs.

We do not use one set package for every property because every home, office, facility, and job scope is different. Packages are available upon request for recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, post construction cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, commercial cleaning, and specialty services.

Once we understand what you need, we will recommend the best cleaning option and provide a custom quote.

+ Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment?

Yes. W.I.H. Clean brings the cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment needed for most jobs.

For certain specialty services, industrial sites, post construction jobs, or properties with specific product requirements, we will confirm what is needed before service. If you prefer certain products to be used in your space, let us know before the cleaning so we can plan properly.

+ How regularly do you clean homes?

W.I.H. Clean offers home cleaning based on your schedule and needs. Most clients choose weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time cleaning.

We also offer deep cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, post renovation cleaning, and custom recurring plans. Each home is different, so we build the cleaning schedule around your space, lifestyle, and budget.

+ How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?

The number of cleaners depends on the size of your home, the service requested, and the amount of work needed.

Most standard home cleanings are completed by 1 to 2 cleaners. Larger homes, deep cleans, move in/move out cleanings, and post renovation cleanings may need a larger team to finish the job properly and on schedule.

W.I.H. Clean will confirm the team size before your appointment.

+ If I sign up for long-term cleaning service, will the same maid be in my home during each cleaning?

Yes. For long-term cleaning service, W.I.H. Clean aims to keep the same cleaner or cleaning team assigned to your home.

This helps build trust, consistency, and a better understanding of your space. If your regular cleaner is unavailable due to scheduling, illness, or time off, we will arrange a trained replacement and keep your cleaning notes on file so the service stays consistent.

+ Can I schedule my own cleaning time?

Yes. W.I.H. Clean works with your schedule as much as possible.

You are welcome to request a preferred cleaning day and time when booking. Appointment times depend on availability, service type, location, and team schedule. Once confirmed, we will lock in your cleaning time and send the details before service.

+ What is the difference between Merry Maids and another cleaning service?

W.I.H. Clean focuses on custom cleaning, clear communication, and consistent service. We take time to understand your home, business, schedule, and priorities before building a cleaning plan.

Many cleaning companies use fixed checklists. We build the service around your space, whether you need residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, post construction cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, or recurring service.

Our goal is simple: reliable cleaners, detailed work, and a clean space you feel good walking into.

If you want to change something about your cleaning service, please contact W.I.H. Clean directly.

You can reach us before your scheduled cleaning to update your service, request add-ons, adjust your cleaning notes, change your schedule, or ask questions about your booking. Our team will review the request and confirm any changes before service.

+ I would like to purchase a gift card for a friend. How can I do that?

Gift cards for W.I.H. Clean are available upon request.

To purchase one, contact our team with the gift amount, the recipient’s name, and the type of cleaning service you would like to gift. We will confirm the details, prepare the gift card, and provide payment instructions.

Gift cards are a great option for birthdays, new homes, move in cleanings, deep cleans, or helping someone with a fresh start.

+ I would like to give a gift card for a whole house cleaning. What is an appropriate amount?

The right gift card amount depends on the size of the home, the type of cleaning, and how detailed the service needs to be.

For a whole house cleaning, we recommend contacting W.I.H. Clean with the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and whether the home needs a standard clean, deep clean, move in clean, or move out clean.

Our team will help you choose an amount that fits the service, or we can prepare a custom gift card for the full cleaning once the quote is confirmed.
